This is an exciting opportunity for someone with exposure to recruitment and onboarding experience. You will be joining excellent business as HR Administrator acting as first point of contact to all employees enquiries and managing recruitment from start to finish. As well as, supporting HR Manager on HR policies, ER cases and any ad hoc.

Description

HR Administrator:

  • Being first point of contract for all HR enquiries
  • Support HR function to deliver full HR admin service
  • Dealing with Employee lifecycle from starters to leavers and all relevant events during employment
  • Supporting HR Manager with non-complex ER cases
  • Identifying long term and frequent absence and support employee meetings
  • Responsible for managing weekly recruitment campaigns
  • Working with external suppliers on recruitment

Profile

Successful HR Administrator:

  • 1 - 2 years exoereince in HR
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in ensuring recruitment process is followed at all stages
  • Experience in utilising a variety of sourcing channels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Lives locally to Milton Keynes
