About the opportunity
We are currently looking for a People Operations Manager to join our People team. You will manage the various People Operations tasks such as employee contracts, onboarding, and data management within the organisation. This role gives you the opportunity to learn and develop key skills to build a career in HR.
This role will be based in London, UK and will report into the Head of People UK.

In this role you will:
Be a country or region-specific HR Expert across People Operations, employee experience, payroll management, HRIS / job architecture to support organisational development initiatives
Be the main escalation point for any employee queries on people operation processes (such as hiring, pre-boarding, onboarding, probation reviews, absence management, termination policies, off boarding, etc)
Partner with various department stakeholders to identify solutions that enhance and drive the overall business strategy
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and work with other functions to design and implement enhancements
Utilise the HR information systems to ensure employee data is kept up-to-date and maintained efficiently
