The Role
The Workforce Planning Manager will manage the formulation and development of SWP policies, methodologies, systems, and techniques for the organisation. This is a great opportunity for you to develop workforce planning initiatives, partnering with the wider HR team and the business Heads.
The Criteria
To be considered for this fantastic new role, you will have a good solid grounding in developing workforce planning strategy. You will have excellent educational qualifications and experience from working in a large complex, reputable business.
