Reward Manager
Birmingham

Our client is a professional services firm and are hiring for a Reward Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong benefits background and report to the Head of Reward for the firm. The firm offers hybrid working and the current team are based in the office two days a week with the remainder working from home.
Oakleaf Partnership are seeking a Reward professional who has a strong benefits background and a strong working knowledge of HR systems and reporting.

Duties:
  • Assist with salary and benefits benchmarking
  • Provide analysis on benchmarking surveys across the UK and International Support the delivery of the annual pay review and bonus processes Lead on projects to implement new benefits for the firm Deal with all compensation queries Support with the preparation of reward board papers as and when is required
