The successful candidate will have a strong benefits background and report to the Head of Reward for the firm. The firm offers hybrid working and the current team are based in the office two days a week with the remainder working from home.

- Assist with salary and benefits benchmarking Provide analysis on benchmarking surveys across the UK and International Support the delivery of the annual pay review and bonus processes Lead on projects to implement new benefits for the firm Deal with all compensation queries Support with the preparation of reward board papers as and when is required
