Learning & Development Advisor

Learning & Development Advisor - Stevenage - £40-48,000 plus bonus and bens

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Advisor to join this forward thinking, commercial organisation based in Stevenage.

Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development, you will partner with a section of the business to identify learning needs and create effective solutions as well as be the focal point on all aspects of learning and development for managers and employees. You will have the opportunity to join L&D at an exciting time as they develop their digital learning capability and grow a true learning culture across the business.

- You will need to have demonstrable experience of working with key stakeholders through the whole L&D cycle
- Experience of project managing the creation of digital learning content
- You must be comfortable to provide specialist advice to individuals on all aspects of learning & development
- You will be a confident communicator, able to influence or challenge stakeholders of all levels
- Generalist HR experience may be valuable but not essential
