HR Generalist - EMEA/ Permanent/ Full time  - Hybrid/ Uxbridge /up to £42k.
Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to expand their team and recruit a permanent HR Generalist.
The role has been created to expand the scope of locally employed HR activities in line with the growth of the business, therefore increasing efficiencies within the corporate HR department.
The role will be supporting across the  full life cycle of HR and will work on a variety of EMEA- HR projects, providing support to the local office site.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- HR aspect of business planning and strategy. Assistance with biannual budgeting process including headcount management.
- Working closely with the HR Manager and EMEA People Manager to strengthen and support with Recruitment.
- Implementing engagement survey and suggesting follow-up actions.
-Support and assist with the global audit programme.
- Supporting with EMEA training and Leadership development programmes for local staff.
We are looking for:
- Solid previous HR Generalist experience, with exposure to covering the full employee life cycle.
- Ideally CIPD qualified or relevant experience gained.
- Excellent communication skills and organisation skills.
- Adaptable, Patient and a good team worker.
