L&D Manager | up to £75K | Onsite Full time | Must have healthcare services or life sciences industries

We are currently looking for an L&D Manager to join our client on a full-time permanent basis.

This role will be based full time on site and will have oversight and ownership of all L&D initiatives. You will partner and collaborate on work-culture and People Services initiatives.

You will partner with the Chief People Officer to develop a high-impact learning strategy, offerings, and processes for all international team mates, ensuring appropriate adaptation, adoption, and inclusion.

You will understand business goals and determine development interventions to meet future skill and critical talent needs, as well as build development offerings to support career paths for clinical staff and promote a sense of belonging.

You will drive the transformation and growth of their e-learning library through creation of new content and active partnership with our in-market internal trainers/experts to identify existing trainings.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree required, Masters or Professional qualification in business preferred.
  • Direct experience in healthcare services or life sciences industries a must
  • Proven experience with the development and implementation of best-in-class learning and development programs across all levels of an organisation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of training techniques effective deliver platforms (demonstrated experience with full spectrum - Face-to-Face to eLearning)
  • Excellent communication skills, additional languages advantageous
  • Ability to propose effective, innovative, and original solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of communications
  • Skilled at planning, project management, time management and decision-making
  • A proactive, innovative, and pragmatic approach to problem solving and an ability to think critically and independently with attention to detail.
  • An innovation mindset: able to look at problems from multiple perspectives and think differently.
