You will be joining a well established Sales organisation as a Recruitment Consultancy where you will be responsible for end to end recruitment processes. Client Details

Our client is a successful organisation in the Consultancy industry, they are based in St. Albans. Due to success and growth they are looking to recruit candidates who has passion for recruitment to join their team as a Recruitment Consultant The client is looking for individuals who's target driven, have "can do" attitude and welling to learn.


A Successful Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Being first point of contact for candidates
  • Manage candidates on boarding and provide great experience services
  • Provide good insights to candidates
  • Keep system up to date
  • Updating vacancies
  • Maintain an accurate candidate database, meeting all legislative and compliance requirements
  • Keep record of missed opportunities to drive marketing campaigns


Successful Recruitment Consultant:

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant would be an advantage but not essential
