This Senior Payroll Officer role is being recruited on an initial 6 month contract basis with the option for extension and potential of a permanent role with this exciting global Retail group who are outperforming the market. With parking on site in central Milton Keynes they have great facilitates and offer hybrid working on their new Resourcelink and SAP payroll systems

This exciting global Retail group are outperforming the market and are based in great central Milton Keynes offices with parking onsite and the offer of hybrid and flexible working. This Senior Payroll Officer role is being recruited on an initial 6 month contract basis with the option for extension and potential of a permanent role. This Payroll role is to process their UK payroll, utilising their Resourcelink and SAP payroll systems for their large and many UK retail locations. Working closely alongside the finance, Human resources and personnel functions that offer mentoring and supportive management

Description

Senior Payroll Officer responsibilities and duties;

  • Processing the monthly payroll utilising the Resourcelink and SAP payroll systems
  • Process monthly and weekly payroll of multisite retail staff
  • Maintain the integrity of Payroll master data
  • Ensure the accuracy of manual calculations
  • Solve complex escalated payroll queries

Profile

Experience and skills required in this initial 6 month Senior Payroll Officer role;

* Have at least 2 years payroll experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Available at 2 weeks notice or less
* Available to commit to a 6 month initial contract
* Based within a commutable distance of Milton Keynes
