I'm currently working with a Leading Global Organisation to recruit a HR Reward Analyst on a Permanent basis.

Description
As the HR Reward Analyst, you will support the Reward Manager in driving key reward initiatives: From undertaking annual salary review processes (including salary surveys & market benchmarking), annual bonus activities, Gender pay gap reporting and maintenance of pay ranges. You will also provide comprehensive support through the analysis and interpretation of key HR metrics to keep up to date with current market data.
Profile
As the HR Reward Analyst you will have:
Advanced Excel skills - able to do Pivot tables, V Look Ups and IF statements
Understanding of cost and benefit analysis and budget management
Excellent planning skills and able to handle ever changing priorities
Experience in working with HR data in an HR, pensions, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee benefits and/or project role.
Used to utilising different sources of employee benchmark data detailing pay, employee benefits, terms and conditions and related employment information
Presenting findings of analysis, along with options/solutions for evaluation by others
Understanding of the data being utilised and seeking solutions to help deliver the project objectives
