Large, Dynamic Professional Services Organisation are seeking to appoint a HR Systems Analyst to join their dedicated and friendly HR team to support the continued development of the Workday HR System, based in Manchester with hybrid and flexible working options.
Your new role
You'll join the HR Systems team and support implementation, integrations and development of new modules within the Workday system in addition to day to day system configuration and updates.
Utilising your HR system prior knowledge and experience to add value and support the business development and growth as part the wider HR team with a continued improvement focus.
Responsibilities will include:
Support HR systems lead with continued Workday system development
System Trouble Shooting and Error Fixes
Support configuration, administration Updates & Testing
Support for System Configuration related to data manipulation for improved reporting
Take a proactive problem solving approach

Proven Experience with administration and configuration of workday
Analytical approach & strong attention to detail
Data & Report Building Skills
Intermediate Level Excel Skills
Problem solving approach for root cause analysis
Collaborative working style
