The HR Generalist will report directly into the CEO and will be responsible for a range f generalist responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the HR function. You will be working in an open plan, relaxed environment with a hybrid work available.

As a HR Generalist, you will be responsible for:
-Invading and off boarding
-Managing the entire recruitment cycle
-Supporting with payroll collation and sending to external providers
-Supporting with all ER cases
-Applying knowledge of SMCR
-Working closely and collaboratively with Legal and Compliance teams
You MUST come from Financial services and have some awareness of SMCR and its impact on HR.
You must be confident and articulate as you will be the face of the HR function for this firm.
