The position of HR Operations Manager will take responsibility for the continuous improvement initiatives and projects that support the broader People Strategy.

Description
The position of HR Operations Manager will involve:
- Developing and delivering the HR services operating plan
- Building a plan that ensures all leaders are proficient in day-to-day HR and Workday processes
- Leading on the development and configuration of Workday
- Leading on HR projects
- Deputising for the Head of HR Operations where required
- Directly and indirectly managing a team
Profile
The ideal candidate for HR Operations Manager will:
- Comprehensive experience in end-to-end HR procedures and policies
- Have Workday knowledge and experience
- Be experienced in running an HR Shared Services team or HR Advisory Team
- Be highly organised with the ability to run multiple projects at any one time
- Have a proven track record of delivering continuous improvement initiatives
- Be a strong communicator at all levels
Job Offer
£65,000 - £70,000 + Comprehensive package + hybrid working
