The key responsibilities for the Recruitment Partner are resourcing across all business functions including business development, IT, finance, customer operations and legal and regulations, actively headhunting and sourcing candidates, advertising through all available platforms, building strong stakeholder relationships, supporting with interviews, coaching and delivering feedback, managing recruitment queries, candidate management, creating a strong employer brand, managing and making improvements to the candidate journey, running weekly and monthly reports regarding recruitment activities and progress, creating job descriptions, completing reference checks and coordinating new starter documentation, supporting the wider people team and engagement initiatives. The role is based in Salford and offers hybrid working.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- previous experience within a similar role
- strong knowledge of recruitment processes
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- passionate about employer branding and engagement
- a willingness to learn and develop
- proactive in offering process improvements
- a positive "can-do" attitude and strong team player
