Your new role
We are looking for a People Manager to join this leading property developer on a 14mth FTC maternity contract. With the support of a People Administrator, you will drive the people agenda working across a range of areas. Responsible for the coverage of Polices && Procedures, Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, Onboarding with the full commitment of enhancing the employee experience. It's an exciting time to be part of the business and an excellent opportunity for an individual to influence and make an impact from the off in a highly successful organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will CIPD L3 minimum or equivalent. Have experience ideally in a standalone role within a SME. You will be available immediately or with a minimum of 1 week notice.
