Your new role
Heading up an talent team, internationally with a headcount of 100 talent specialists, this is a high profile, demanding role, this role requires a true talent acquisition professional. Direct line reporting into Global HR Director, you'll be responsible of the implementation of talent acquisition strategies, improvements and performance.

You'll be a switched on, dynamic individual who loves working within a fast paced, professional and high performing environment. You'll be leading your team of talent professionals to success, whilst always seeking ideas of how to create improvement, change and transformation, with efficient performance at the forefront.
- Ability to design improvements through data analytics, e.g time to hire
- Leading international recruitment teams
- Confident and credible leader
- Recent working background at Talent Acquisition director level
- Open to internal, agency and RPO backgrounds
- Proven ability to motivate and lead recruitment teams in competitive markets
Due to the requirements of this role, the organisation are looking for professionals who can showcase a working history of permanent employment and it is preferential is you've been in long tenured roles.
