Your new role
Working as a Consultant, you will work directly with a diverse customer base as they look to transform and drive change within their internal HR functions. You will work with c-suite and business leaders to advise them on how to transform their HR operating model, often on a global basis, leading the design and implementation of this. You will analyse processes, costs and the structure of the wider HR team. You will provide business cases to help bring your recommendations to life. You will also have the opportunity to lead and develop a great team if you have experience, and are interested, in doing so.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience of working in a consulting capacity, as you will be familiar with proposal writing, providing slide deck and costing with HR transformation projects. You will enjoy working in a client facing capacity, in the HR change and transformation space. Previous experience in an in-house HR BP role will be well received.
