A fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a well renowned luxury brand during an exciting period of positive transformation.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will sit within an experienced team and contribute directly to hiring key members of staff for all of the brands Head Office functions. This will include HR, Merchandising, Finance, Buying etc.
You will ensure an amazing candidate experience for all potential hires throughout each and every stage of the process and be able to help shape the Talent Acquisition offering for the future with a focus on continuous improvement.
There will also be a number of projects happening within the wider business and the Talent Acquisition Partner will have the opportunity to bring ideas to the table to improve things like working effectiveness, well being, diversity and inclusion, recruitment processes and EVP.
Some of the key responsibilities are below:
*Sourcing candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and other methods
*Qualifying candidate's suitability for various important positions
*Arranging interviews and preparing candidates to attend interviews with busy diaries across the business
*Ensuring all compliance and administration is up to date
* Building rapport with several key stakeholders and managing them effectively
