Recruitment Advisor job for Global organisation in Hampshire, c£35K DOE
Your new company
This global publishing & Technology organisation. They operate in multiple countries, have employees around the world, and their products have supported more than a billion people. Due to seasonal business demands they need someone to hit the ground running for a 3-6 month contract supporting the UK HR team that are based in Andover, Hampshire.
Your new role
Your focus will be to support the HR team with the full-cycle recruitment process. You will be writing job adverts to attract talented candidates and, use all available platforms to advertise, including social media, job boards and networks. You will review, process and shortlist relevant applicants for evaluation before making interview arrangements. Depending on previous experience, you may also be required to sit in on interview panel. An element of onboarding may also be required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have had previous end-to-end recruitment experience and be used to working in a high volume, fast paced environment. You will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Workday. You will have previously used job boards and other job platforms. Some previous knowledge recruiting within Europe would be beneficial but not mandatory. You will be a confident self-starter.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a hybrid role with occasional office visits and be available to start immediately. There is possibility that you could work fully remotely if you have sufficient previous acquisition advisory experience. Your salary will c£35,000 pa depending on your previous experience with recruitment. This is a 3-6 month contract.
