A permanent role for a proactive HR Advisor to join a growing manufacturing business in Eastleigh.

My client is a growing SME and an established manufacturing business in Hampshire. They are a leader in their field and distribute their products to commercial companies across the UK.
Your new role
As HR Advisor, you will report to an experienced HR and Talent Manager. You will also have 1 x direct report - a HR and Talent Assistant.
Purpose of the role:
To liaise with the business leaders and line managers to assist building capabilities within HR and Talent and and develop approaches which support our overall strategy and critical development plans. Deliver a comprehensive effective, efficient and legally compliant service for the business, which meets the needs of the organisation and achieves value for money.
What you'll need to succeed
This role will suit a HR generalist with experience in a HR Advisor role or similar, or someone who has worked in a junior HR position / function and is keen to further their career at a more senior level.
You must be CIPD qualified (level 3 minimum), with strong knowledge of employment law and have communicated well with all levels of business. Experience in a manufacturing business is preferred, but not essential. This role requires a positive character who has a flexible approach to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
