The client is in hospitality
Description
As Head of HR you will be responsible for;
- Partnering with Senior Leaders across the business
- Design develop and deliver People and Culture Strategy
- Develop HR infrastructure
- Work closely with group HR function
- Support the business to achieve ambitious growth plans
- Identify Talent and Development Strategy including succession planning, identifying high performers etc
- Coach, influence and guide managers on HR issues
- Line manage the team
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have proven track record operating at Head of or Senior HR BP level
- Ideally from a retail/hospitality or fast paced background
- Strong strategic experience particularly around talent management and succession planning
- Strong UK Employment law knowledge
- Line Management experience
