L&D Business Partner - strategic learning role with managerial responsibilities - Leeds/home working

Your new company
A leading international professional services firm is recruiting to an L&D Business Partner job, to be based from their Leeds office. Working within an experienced and talented HR team, you will lead and drive the L&D strategy, embedding a high performance culture through engagement, learning and developing their people.

Your new role
You will lead the L&D team in delivering all learning activities across the firm, through partnering with Heads of Departments and HR to identify new development needs and creating solutions accordingly. You will lead the whole L&D lifecycle, including implementing leadership development activities, in conjunction with Subject Matter Experts throughout the firm. Digital learning and virtual delivery is a key aspect of this role as the organisation continues to evolve and develop their blended learning environment. Managing a small team, you will be involved in all of the people management and leadership activities.

What you'll need to succeed
You will come from a learning and development, training background, preferably with L&D qualifications such as CIPD, or a coaching qualification such as ILM or CMI L5 or 7. Experience of working within a corporate environment would be an advantage, such as a professional services, accountancy, financial services or legal organisation. You will have strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to engage a wide range of people in learning activities.
