Your new company
Our Housing Association client is recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team of 9 other HR professionals to be based at their offices in Tunbridge Wells. Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will work alongside another HR Officer to support with the recruitment of the rapidly growing company.
Your new role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will proactively coordinate and manager recruitment campaigns and provide support to the HR Team ensuring the HR department provides customer led and future focused services.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have experience as an inhouse recruiter at officer/coordinator/advisor level with up to date knowledge of employment legislations & HR initiatives and working knowledge of HR systems.
