The role of a Resourcer involves:
This is a multifaceted 12 month fixed term contract that will offer the right candidate, exposure across the HR and Talent Acquisition functions of a luxury retail brand. You will be surrounded by a supportive team that will offer every opportunity to develop your knowledge and skillset to deliver first class internal recruitment.
*Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and other methods
*Qualifying candidate's suitability for positions
*Arranging interviews and preparing candidates to attend interviews with very busy diaries across the business
*Ensuring all compliance and administration is up to date
*Utilising the company database and ensuring data is recorded accurately
*Adhoc administration tasks
*Responsibility for overseeing the onboarding process
