Oakleaf has partnered with one of the largest global investors in the private equity market in their search for Recruitment Coordinator.
Due to growth and increased project work expected in the financial year this candidate is needed to support the talent acquisition function and broader HR team during this time.
There will be opportunity to get involved in strategic projects and great exposure to internal processes during this placement with the view to go permanent once the contract is complete.
The successful candidate will be someone able to work at pace with high level of organisation skills, a good understanding of systems as well as proactive attitude. This is the type of position that right person can make their own.
- Coordinate interviews between the hiring managers and the business teams with the candidates
- Collating feedback from each interview and moving candidates through the process
- Keeping the ATS updated and ensure all features of this platform are optimised.
- Proof reading job descriptions to ensure they are compliant with UK employment law
