Ashley Kate are recruiting for a HR and Development Advisor based in Derbyshire (site based) on a full time, permanent basis, and who ideally has experience in a manufacturing/blue collar environment.
£27,000 - £30,000 DOE
The HR and Development Advisor will report in to the HR Manager, and will be responsible for providing general day to day HR support for the organisation, with a specific focus around Training/ L&D.
Undertaking all administrative tasks across the employee life cycle
Coaching and guiding line managers throughout the process of ER cases such as absence and disciplinaries and grievances
Supporting managers and HR colleagues in change management activities
Liasing with the HR Team at the Derbyshire site
Ensure the delivery of the Company induction programme for all new colleagues and that regular refresher training is carried out where required
Review the induction and onboarding programme to ensure it meets business objectives and quality assure delivery from Agency Partners
Ensure coordination and recording of colleague attendance for all mandatory training and development workshops liaising with Line Managers to ensure colleagues are released and cover is in place
Ensure accurate, comprehensive and up-to-date training records are maintained, accurate and up to date, and deal with any enquiries in relation to training and development including accurate and timely reports and KPIs when required
Do you have exposure to Employee relations?
