Head of HR Transformation / Deputy Chief People Officer - Remote working in UK - £120,000-£140,000 plus bens
A global technology businesses.
As Head of HR Transformation, you will join a global business during a period of growth and consolidation to build senior relationships and drive transformation across the business. You will be responsible for both the design and execution of HR strategy whilst managing key projects including HRIS implementation, compensation and benefits review and harmonisation, L&D, engagement and career paths.
The successful candidate will have a background in leading and delivering HR Transformation within a global matrix business, where you will be able to demonstrate your experience in HRIS implementation. You will also be able to demonstrate how you are quick to influence and engage senior stakeholders as well as where you have delivered softer HR agenda's including mental health and diversity and inclusion.
This is a permanent role - home based in the UK requiring occasional global travel. It it essential that you can start a new role on short notice.
