HR Advisor

Your new company
This large well known public sector company who are based in central Birmingham have a busy and large HR team and are looking to bring on board a new HR Advisor on a permanent basis to expand their current team. The role will be working on site mostly in Birmingham with some travel to a couple of their other sites on occasion with some ad hoc working from home.

Your new role
Within this role you will be dealing with case work management, ensuring all cases are resolved in a timely manner. You will need to maintain a current knowledge of legislation and case law. You will be analysing and interpreting management information to proactively identify trends, patterns and advise on appropriate management solutions, with a particular focus around sickness, turnover and engagement. You will be dealing with workforce planning, recruitment and engagement, ED&I and well being incentives among many other duties.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need to have prior experience in all the areas above an be looking for a permanent role based in central Birmingham. You must be open to some travel to other sites in Birmingham and be happy working in a fast paced and busy environment.
