The Recruitment Business Partner will support the asset management, investment banking and finance operations divisions within this top tier investment bank in Birmingham. You will be responsible for leading all internal relationships including hiring managers, recruiters, and business leaders. You will have experience of hiring finance at experienced hire levels previously and have strong recruitment partnering experience. The role:

• Manage key client relationships including business leadership, hiring managers
• Identify inclusive and effective sourcing strategies
• Learn your line of business current and future hiring needs by building relationships at all levels in the business
• Understanding and market knowledge externally and how to attract top talent to the firm
• Lead with best practice and set long term inclusive recruiting strategies through reporting and measurement
