Page Personnel are currently partnering with a market leading retail business, based in Deeside (Flintshire), who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their growing team. Reporting into the Senior HR Advisor, you provide dedicated and efficient advice to the management team.

Client Details

A market leading retail business, based in Deeside (Flintshire), that have been established for 40 years. This company offers a competitive salary of up to £32,000, plus excellent benefits and genuine opportunities for professional growth.


The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Managing complex employee relations cases, up to and including dismissal
  • Providing efficient advice and guidance to management to ensure correct procedures are followed at all times
  • Managing the end to end recruitment processes including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, and supporting in interviews
  • Managing the onboarding process, including obtaining references, right to work checks, and probation reviews
  • Maintaining and updating the HR system, including all starter and leaver information
  • Supporting in the induction process
  • Updating and implementing policies and procedures
  • Absence management
  • Developing and producing reports
  • Supporting in training and development initiatives
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required


The successful HR Advisor will have:

  • A proven track record of working within a busy HR team at advisory level
  • Level 5 CIPD or above
  • Experience of managing complex employee relations cases
  • Good working knowledge of employment law and legislation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical, with the ability to work using own initiative
  • IT literate
