Client Details
The client is in Manufacturing
Description
As HR Manager you will be responsible for;
- End to end HR support for manufacturing site
- Manage large harmonisation project
- Manage large change management programme
- BAU Employee Relations Casework
- Involved in SLT meetings
- Drive employee engagement project, reviewing on a monthly basis to ensure actions are being taken forward
- Support coach and advise line managers to up skill their HR capability
- Responsible for internal Comms on site
- Line management
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Be CIPD qualified or QBE
- Able to work a pace
- Coaching and influencing skills
- Line management experience
- Good commercial mindset
- Sound employment law knowledge
- Able to start within 4-6 weeks
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate is;
- Competitve salary c. £55-60k
- Early finish on Fridays
- Can buy/sell holidays
- 25 days AL + BHs
- Pension
- Private medical
PLEASE NOTE: due to the nature of the role, you will be required on site most days. There is the flexibility on start times etc but this is not a remote role and you will need to have a strong on site presence.
