Interim HR BP 12 month FTC

Client Details

The client is in Financial Services

Description

You will report into the Senior HR BP, responsible for all aspects of HR, partnering with SLT, managing all aspects of Employee Relations casework, succession planning, Change Management, supporting the delivery of the People and Culture strategy etc.

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • Have a proven track record operating at BP level
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong Employment Law knowledge
  • Able to start within 4-6 weeks

Job Offer

On offer for the successful candidate;

  • 80% home working
  • Stratford based with occasional travel to other sites
  • Salary up to £52k
  • Pension

  • 12 month FTC
