Description

The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Working as part of the Early in Careers team to headhunt candidates into Graduate, Apprentice, Intern, and Summer School schemes
  • Providing exceptional customer service to create a positive impression throughout the recruitment process
  • Managing the email inbox
  • Resolving telephone and email queries
  • Setting up assessment centres and add scores to the HR system
  • Scheduling interviews, and sending invites to relevant partners
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Profile

The successful Recruitment Coordinator will have:

  • Proven track record in resourcing would be advantageous
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Outstanding time management and organisational skills
  • Desire to learn
