Regional HR Advisor - 9 Month FTC
Remote working with occasional travel to sites based in the Midlands and South, flexibility required
£38,000 + Car allowance
Are you a strong HR and ER professional, looking for your next contract role to work as part of a global business? This role will be ideal for someone immediately available to start work, has the confidence to work autonomously and can hit the ground running with minimal support.
This role will be fully home based with the need to travel up to twice a week if the business requires.
·Provide professional advice and guidance on disciplinary and welfare cases, capability, grievance, and coaching managers where appropriate
·Effective case management of people related issues such as: disciplinaries, performance management, employment tribunals, grievance and absence management
·Appropriate use of the Occupational Health Department
·Developing effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across the organisation
·Monitoring trends in employment practices and advising on appropriate proactive action
If you are CIPD Level 5 qualified, with strong experience in a previous HR role, then we want to hear from you! This is a great opportunity for someone to expand their skills set and gain further exposure working on high level ER case work.
