Morgan Philips are partnering with a global company who are searching for an interim Talent Acquisition Partner to join them for 6 months starting ASAP paying up to £375pd (inside). The role will report to the Global VP of Talent Acquisition and will mainly focus on the UK and US. Our client offers hybrid working, with 2 to 3 days per week in the office..

The Talent Acquisition will be accountable for managing a broad portfolio of vacancies (c25) including direct sourcing and managing relationships with hiring managers. You will have a proven track record managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, developing talent pipelines and partnering with the leaders, hiring managers and the wider HR team to contribute a cost-effective recruitment strategy to attract talent. You will be able to work at pace in a change and growth driven environment and ideally you will also have experience hiring on an international level.

This is a great opportunity to work for a fast paced, global brand.  For them this role is as much about a positive, can do attitude as it is skills so although a strong in house background would be preferred, if you are a highly accomplished agency Recruiter then your details will be considered too.
