Recruitment Manager

Oakleaf Partnership are working with a London based firm who recruit paralegals and assign them to clients in need (some of which are global leaders in their industries). With a salary between £30,000 and £37,000, this is a great stepping stone for someone who wants to put their recruitment expertese to good use and manage their own remit (Early career paralegals).

You will be expected to work at a high pace, sourcing impressive candidates who are at the start of their careers. Then you will work with these candidates closely to ensure they are prepared for their placements after they have been seen by the match-making team who are in charge of assigning that. You will be expected to manage the application process, talent pools, advertising and projects additionally.

This company are looking for someone either with legal knowledge or the ability to pick this up at a fast rate so they are able to talk confidently about and understand the subject in their day to day work.

Requirements:

- 6 months+ of 360 recruitment experience

- Knowledge of the legal sector (preferable)

- A personable, driven, down to earth character.
