Oakleaf Partnership are extremely excited to be working alongside a Healthcare Recruitment Consultancy in their search to find someone to join their team as an in-house recruiter.
This role would consist of sourcing high calibre candidates to join their ever growing team such as experienced and graduate recruiters, BD executives, Compliance Managers, Management accountants, sales roles etc..
You will be expected to use your initiative to map the market and implement ways in which to attract the best talent to match the impressive standard of employees already in the team.
Their culture is extremely important to them and they require someone who is up to getting their teeth stuck in, whilst receiving an extremely competitive benefits package.
To be eligible for this role, you must be University educated and have at least 18 months experience as a recruiter.
