HR Manager

A HR Manager within manufacturing based in Little Hampton.

Your new company
Our global manufacturing client is recruiting a HR Manager to be based at their site in Little Hampton, you will ideally spend 3 days a week here, 1 day a week in Alton and the other day from home. This organisation is based across 50 countries around the world supporting 100 divisions, with 336 manufacturing locations.

Your new role
Reporting into the Divisional HR Manager, you will provide a full and professional HR Business Partner service to a number of locations across the south coast of England.To develop and implement HR practices aligned to the company, in the following key areas:

• Sourcing and Selection
• Change Management
• Organisational Design
• Learning and Development
• Performance Management and Productivity
• Talent Management and Succession Planning
• Employee Relations
• Compensation, System and Benefits

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have HR Manager/HR Business Partnering experience within Manufacturing/Engineering. You must also have strong knowledge of UK employment law with good leadership and management skills with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of £50,000-£55,000 plus 12.5% bonus.
