HR Advisor - Group

HR Advisor - Group. £35,000-£40,000. Portsmouth. Hybrid working on offer.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a global professional services organisation based in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team, who are working on sharing innovative solutions. As the HR Advisor you will report into the Group HR Director and will work closely with the wider HR team to ensure the delivery of the HR Strategy and the HR Action plan. You will support circa 450 staff across Europe, predominately UK centred.

This is a varied and fast paced role where you will be responsible for a range of duties that include:

Acting as a super user for "Sage People"
Group HR Administration (drafting contracts, offer letters, changes to terms)
Acting as a first point of contact for all HR related queries Ensuring HR policies are up to date
Benefits administration
Producing MI and HR reports
Coordinating Group recruitment life cycle
Project Managing any HR change programs as necessary.

To be successful in this role you will need an impressive background as a HR Advisor, have in depth knowledge of Sage People and compensation and benefits experience. It would be of great interest to my client if you were also studying towards your CIPD qualification and have project management and change management skills.
