Client Details
A fast-paced and reputable University located in Central London. This would be a hybrid working model.
Description
The successful Senior HR Analyst will be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing HR systems and MI reporting tools
* Ensuring continuous development of existing HR systems and processes
* Overseeing the administration of ResourceLink
* Analysing HR metrics
* Variety of HR project work.
Profile
The successful Senior HR Analyst must have:
* Previous experience in a complex HR role
* Advanced level of Microsoft excel (v look ups, pivot tables etc)
* Significant experience of using HR systems/databases and BI reporting tools.
