HR Advisor job, Woking, Global nonprofit organisation. Up to £36,000. 6-MONTH FTC
Your new company
You will be working for a high profile, global charity in their UK Head Office in Woking. This purpose built, modern, eco friendly building reflects the organisation and the work they undertake inside. This is a newly created role required to work on projects and work closely with the People & Culture team. You will be on a 6-month Fixed term Contract and will be offered Hybrid working.
Your new role
You will report to the Head of HR Business Partner and be one of three HR Advisors supporting all departments. Your main focus will be on various new projects including process updates and changes and working with the Diversity & Inclusion team on compliance processes. You will also be working to streamline processes with employees on international contracts.
You will also be required to cover the HR Advisor team in general tasks during their annual leave.
What you'll need to succeed
This role requires strong HR Generalist skills such as ER & Change Management. You will also require Employee Legislation knowledge.
You will be used to working in a fast-paced environment and have a solutions-based approach. You will have a can-do attitude, strong communication skills, be able to multitask and work to deadlines.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered in return a salary of £33,000 to £36,000 depending on experience, along with 33 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays), an excellent benefits package including pension. This organisation has a strong belief in Health & Wellbeing, and this is also reflected in the benefits.
