Recruitment Coordinator/ Permanent/ Uxbridge/ Full time - Hybrid / up to £30k
Ashley Kate are delighted to be partnering with a growing business as they look to recruit a Permanent Recruitment Coordinator.
The recruitment Coordinator's primary responsibility is to provide recruitment administrative support to colleagues and candidates across the business. Proactive day to day support is required to ensure both business and candidate satisfaction from the HR service.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Working closely with the Recruitment team to support the administrative process associated with recruitment including monitoring and updating the recruitment inbox, logging all CV's and applications forms and also distribution of CV's to key stakeholders.
- Liaising with recruitment agencies and deal with general day to day enquiries regarding vacancies.
- Assisting in running the employee induction process.
- Assisting and regularly updating managers around their recruitment process.  
-Adding new starters to the HR system and ensuring personnel files are uploaded accordingly.
We are looking for:
- Experience of having worked in a recruitment administrative role, or any relevant recruitment experience.
- Experience working with confidential information and Data protection in line with the GDPR guideline.
- General knowledge of HR policies.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
