HR Business Partner

A 9 month HRBP job with a Hybrid base in Woking, pays c£45Kpa supporting services in a leading Not For Profit

Your new company
A global Not For Profit with an office base in Woking. An HRBP is required for an initial period of 9 months to cover maternity.

Your new role
Working as part of the Business Partnering team and reporting into the Head of Partnering, you will provide a service focused HR solution for an exciting and business critical client group.

Working closely with Business Leaders and People Managers, you will drive culture through both planned and reactive approaches. You will build trusted relationships to help drive capability within your business groups with a focus on ED&I initiatives. You will champion technology adoption and utilise data insights to shape approaches. You will take and L&D steer with your approaches to coach and mentor as appropriate.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be pragmatic and solutions focused, with customer service and wellbeing at the centre of everything you do. You will have previous partnering experience in a finance / funding focused business group. You will be approachable, personable and and concise, with a coaching mentality.

What you'll get in return
Up to £45,000pa plus great benefits for a period of 9 months.
