The client is a leading UK Brand


As Reward Manager you will be responsible for;

  • Work in collaboration with Global Reward and HR team to develop Total Reward Strategy
  • Research, design and implement new Reward approaches in line with Strategy
  • External bench marking to identify best practice and keep in line with current market
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Lead in various change management projects from a Reward perspective
  • Lead Specific Pay, Reward and Recognition projects


The successful candidate will;

  • Have proven track record in a Reward/Comp and Bens role
  • Experience of all aspects of Reward including Pay Reviews, Salary Bench marking, Job Evals, Car schemes, health care, bonus, Recognition initiatives
  • Experience with change/transformation with a large complex organisation
  • Project Management experience
  • Credible leader
  • Team Player
