You will be responsible for delivering the HR people strategy in support of the business strategy. Additionally, the role is responsible for coaching managers in global/regional teams, in living the values and modelling the required leadership behaviours and in conforming to standard policies/processes.

Your New Role

As a Senior HR Business partner to the CFO office, you'll be a trusted Individual who can demonstrate the creditability and commercial benefits of instilling an excellent people culture and function into the business. There will be 3 key business units including, front office and treasury, with a total client group of just over 3,000 spanning internationally, including UK, Asia, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Heads of Business (Mid to Senior Leadership) on all HR lifecycle queries, including employee relations, engagement, talent management and development
  • Designing and implementing people initiatives, such as Agile working
  • Talent Management, ensuring that promotions, appraisals, and development plans are in place and actioned
  • Business strategy, for example hybrid working patterns
  • Change and Organisational Design, drive change and support business units within change phases
  • Talent Acquisition, advise and lead on all recruitment, including attraction, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Compensation, providing information and insight into total compensations, benefits, and rewards with assistance of reward specialists

About you

This role requires you to be an insightful, supportive, and resilient HR Business who has recent experience of working within Financial Services. Working in the CFO side of the business, you will be truly at the heart of the business, which will mean you'll embrace change, challenges, and success. The Global HR Business Partner, who you'll directly report into prides themselves on the culture of not only the business partnering team, but the CFO department. As a team they embrace new people strategies and policies, in a diplomatic and proactive way, therefore they want someone who can reflect the same passion as them for People and Culture.

Key experience required

  • Recent experience of working as Senior HR Business Partner, ideally as a permanent member of staff
  • Essential that you've worked within Financial Services in the past 5 years
  • Strong commercial and business acumen
  • Ability to design and implement HR Projects, as well as partnering BAU within client groups International regions experience is preferential
