Job Details

An excellent new beginner role as a L&D administrator has become available within an award-winning consultancy firm that have committed themselves to diversity and economical work.

Key responsibilities for this role, will be:

Co ordinating training courses, handling diary invitations, organising catering and equipment

Providing support to colleagues with in-house training and delivery

Provide support during graduate events and apprenticeship programmes

Assisting with the maintenance of the training pages on the company intranet

As a junior L&D, you will:

Hold A levels or equivalent

Hold a strong passion or interest in pursuing L&D as a career

Enjoy working under pressure within a team

Have a keen eye for detail and precision

Strong IT skills (Microsoft and outlook)
