Ashley Kate HR & Finance are pleased to be partnering with an organisation in Wakefield who are going through a period of exciting change and transformation, and are looking to add 2 HR Professionals to join their team
 
HR Advisor - Permanent contract (FULL TIME)
HR Advisor - Fixed term contract up to 12 months, covering Mat leave (PART TIME)
Salary is up to £28000 DOE.
The role will be working from home with up to 2 days a week in the Castleford office.

In this role you will support the HR Business Partner in providing a value added service to your designated business area. You will lead on attendance management, Occupational Health provision and be involved in projects such as the annual Health and Wellbeing Plan, restructures and policy review.
 
The role:
·First line advice and support to management on policies/process
·Employee relations - supporting managers, advice and guidance
·ONboarding up to inductions
·Recruitment and resourcing
·Assist maintenance and development of policies
·MI reporting on HR metrics
·Coach/Guide/advise and support the up skilling of the management team
·Support the hR Bps in HR project work
 
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, who can build solid relationships with stakeholders, You will have previous experience in a HR role and be CIPD Level 5 or working towards!
