Page Personnel are exclusively partnering with a leading financial services business, based in Liverpool City Centre who are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join their team on a 6-9 month contract. You will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process for a wide variety of roles. Due to the nature of this role, candidates will ideally be available immediately or at short notice

Description

The Internal Recruiter will:

  • Assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager with the implementation of the company recruitment strategy
  • Sourcing high calibre candidates using a variety of methods, including social media, job boards, and the company database
  • Writing and posting job advertisements
  • Screening candidate applications
  • Organising interviews and recruitment days
  • Conducting interviews
  • Managing the onboarding and induction process
  • Producing recruiting reports, and presenting these to the wider HR team
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Profile

The successful Internal Recruiter will have:

  • A proven track record within a busy recruitment team (either inhouse or agency)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build positive working relationships
  • A positive approach to work, with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to start immediately or at short notice

Job Offer

  • Salary of up to £35,000

  • Hybrid Working (2 days a week from home)
