As an Talent Acquisition Consultant you will be responsible for increasing headcount across the business and helping us secure the very best talent in the market. The focus of this role will be to recruit Recruitment Consultants of all levels across our key markets (both Trainee and experienced) to the business.

The talent acquisition will be for a pharmaceutical company based in Croydon. They are one of the largest suppliers of surgical masks in the health care industry.

Description

The key responsibilities of the talent acquisition role for the pharmaceutical company is to:

• - Source potential candidates through online channels
• - Post detailed adverts showcasing job openings on career pages, job boards etc
• - Evaluate candidates through interviews, providing feedback and assignment performance
• - Work with internal Managers and Leadership Team to ascertain skill sets and key hires for the business

Profile

A successful Talent Acquisition candidate will be ambitious and looking to work in a fast paced environment.

• Previous Talent Acquisition/ Human Resources experience required
• Must be ambitious with a drive to work hard
• Team player who can work well under pressure
