Interim HR Advisor - Home based with periodic work in the South Yorks Office - circa upto £40k DOE and qualifications.

A large international and national organisation - with a sites around the UK - who have been growing continuously are looking to recruit a Human Resources Advisor.
Your new role
You will join the nationwide HR team - be based at Doncaster, but with fully flexible hybrid working (home working and 1 weekly visit to the Doncaster site).
This is an exciting role where you will be supporting the HR Business Partner, providing a comprehensive HR service including generalist advice and guidance, to a designated client area. You will also get involved in (and may even lead) in key HR projects in support of delivering the overall people strategy
You will be have the key areas of involvement in:
Employee relations and Subject Matter Expert areas
Generalist HR Activity, Employee Lifecycle and HR some administration
HR Reporting and Trend Analysis
HR Project Responsibilities
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will ideally possess a solid background in a HR Advisory role - ideally from an industry such as engineering/logistics/manufacturing (mix of blue and white collar workforce) and a Trade Union Environment. However, the ability to offer a senior HR Advisory service, HR Project support, have Influencing and Challenging skills are of greater importance - aswell as emotional resilience and an ability to balance a varied workload.
CIPD Level 5 as a minimum (or suitably equivalent experience level)
What you'll get in return
A competitive salary is on offer, dependant on your experience and skill set - from £35000 to £40000.
Weekly pay - via Hays Payroll (timesheet submission)
Flexible working - this is a full time Monday to Friday role - 35 hours with flexibility in hours.
Remote / home working - minimum 1 day a week at the Doncaster site. (If you prefer office or hybrid working - this can be accommodated).
